RBioEnergy

RBioEnergy (RBio) is focused on taking acquiring existing dissolving wood pulp (DWP) and high purity cellulose (HPC) businesses and developing these into producers of sustainable bioenergy, biofuels, biochemicals and biomaterials producers. 

All of our target businesses utilise trees from certified sustainable forests to create our products. The combined result is to move our target acquisitions from solely being producers of pulp products to become refiners of wood raw material to maximise the value of the whole tree.

To accomplish our goals of producing environmentally sound products we will be working with capital providers, multiple levels of Government in multiple jurisdictions and scores of dedicated engineering, chemical and other professionals at the companies we acquire. 

RBio expects our first acquisition to close by the end of Q2, 2024.
